  1. A file will need to be set up within your corporate dropbox for Swyft Mobile Photos.  
    1. The naming convention of the folder must be provided to Swyft at support@swyftmobile.comto  to set up to allow access from Swyft Mobile.
    2. Do not set up contact or company level folders within Swyft Mobile Photos that is part of the Swyft Mobile process. 
  2. Each user will need:
    1. A user name and password for the folder
    2. Invitation to the folder 
    3. They must accept the invitation to the folder
  3. Once the contact or company level folders are set up in the dropbox by the application, others can add in other photos that have been taken. 
    1. This could be done through Desktop. 
    2. Those photos will sync and be available on Swyft Mobile.

  1. There are several features:  Take Picture, Upload and Browse. 
  2. Take the Picture will pop the camera and when done it will have Use Photo in the lower right or Retake Photo in the lower left
  3. Select Use Photo and the next step will be Upload. 
  4. Choose the file from your Photo Library and you have the option to rename of the image or upload as is by selecting Upload to Dropbox. 
  5. A message will be received:  File Uploaded Successfully!
  6. Browse will allow the user to view all photos associated with a contact or company on dropbox
